In most cases, if your order is submitted by 12 noon, we will ship it out the same day. During the winter months, we ship Monday through Friday, but when the temperatures are a bit warmer, we can only ship Tuesday through Thursday. We want your gifts to be delivered fresh, right out of the oven, and not to be sitting on a hot truck through the weekend. UPS does not deliver on the weekend, unless you contact us directly to request this service (it is very expensive).
Our cookie business is run both online, and from our new brick and mortar location at 25 South Street, Hudson, MA. Our hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9a-5p. Stop by and say hello!

We are sorry to tell you, no – we don’t sell boxes on their own. We only sell them filled with Harvard Sweet Boutique products, and decorated with beautiful hand-tied ribbons and embellishments. It’s important to us that the packages be associated only with our high-quality baked goods, so that every person that opens one up for the first time will always connect that packaging with our cookies, brownies and truffles.

Our cookies taste best when eaten the same day they are received. If you do not plan to eat them right away, store them in an airtight zip-lock bag in the freezer. Never refrigerate our cookies as they will dry out. They can be warmed in a microwave (10 seconds if thawed, 25-30 seconds if frozen), or reheated in an oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1-3 minutes.
Our brownies can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be stored in an airtight zip-lock bag in the freezer. The double fudge brownies can be warmed in a microwave (10 seconds if thawed, 25-30 seconds if frozen), or reheated in an oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1-3 minutes.

Some of our products do contain nuts. Due to the nature of our baking process we cannot guarantee that our baked goods have not come into contact with some form of nut or nut oil ingredient. Therefore, we suggest that if you have an allergic reaction to any nut-based ingredient, that you refrain from purchasing our baked goods.

Our ribbon selections change frequently. We have ribbons that will complement each season, occasion, or special event. No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes since UPS requires a street address on every package they deliver and is not allowed to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
